Waterlooville is a market town in the Borough of Havant in Hampshire, England, approximately 6 miles north north east of Portsmouth. It is the largest town in the borough. The name Waterlooville comes from the Old English "wæter" (water) and "flōw" (flowing), meaning "flowing water".

Waterlooville's population was 13,691 at the time of the 2011 census; this compares with 13,372 in 2001. In 1971 it was 7,943, and in 1901 it was 2,856.

The town is bounded on its west by Tipner Lake and Southsea Common; to its south by Houghton and Wecock Farm; to its east by North End; and on its north by Bedhampton Common.

The northern part of Waterlooville is mostly residential with some industrial units along Victoria Road and Bedhampton Road. Further west there is a more rural feel with farms along Bedhampton Lane leading up to Bedhampton Common where there are more farms and areas of open space. In addition there are many small businesses along Bedhampton Road including several car dealerships.
